The kettlebell sport European Championship in Paris has just finished with a generally positive outcome. Compared to the 2023 Championship, there is an increase in the number of athletes of almost 33% to reach 227. Each team had a larger squad and for the first time there were teams from Italy, Netherlands, Scotland and Slovakia.
Total we had more then 220 athletes from 17 countries. On a sporting level, it was obviously Ukraine which dominated the competition both in terms of the number and the level of the athletes on its team. However, during an informal meeting, the heads of the delegations agreed to strengthen their ties, exchange information and carry out joint actions to develop kettelbell sport in Europe.
