The Kettlebell Lifting World Championship was held in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. The championship attracted a huge number of participants - more than 800 performances took place in 4 days.
The Russian team won the team event, the Taiwan team took 2nd place, and Uzbekistan took third place.
The top three in the junior team championship: 1 - Russia; 2 - Kazakhstan; 3 - Kyrgyzstan. The championship among young men: 1 - Russia; 2 - Kazakhstan; 3 - Uzbekistan.

The World Championship in individual exercises will be held on October 10-14 in Corfu (Greece).
