The second part of the Kettlebell World Championship took place from October 11 to 13 on the island of Corfu in Greece. As a reminder, the first part, with different events, took place in Kyrgyzstan last August. It is an IUKL (International Union of Kettlebell Lifting) organization.
This two-part formula allows access to the competition to a maximum number of countries. In this respect, this edition is an undeniable success because there is a record number of participants from thirty countries. The charm of Corfu and its ease of access are probably the basis of this success.
But it is above all the testimony that the audience of Kettlebell Sport is constantly increasing. Indeed, a complete sport, accessible to all and rigorous in its ethics, it attracts more and more practitioners tired of fads.
