On February 28, an IUKL judges' seminar was held in the German city of Ludwigshafen. Rolandas Kubilius, Chairman of the IUKL Judges committee, conducted the seminar. Judges from Germany and Switzerland took part. The next day, on February 29, all the participants completed an internship at the German Championship.
